Rules for Drone Operators

You must keep your drone within visual line-of-sight

You must not fly your drone after drinking alcohol

You must not drop objects from your drone

You must avoid when a manned aircraft approaches

You must not fly your drone aggressively over or above people or in a populous area.

You should write the owner’s information on your drone

You must not fly your drone at night

You must not fly your drone higher than 150 meters

You must not fly your drone in prohibited areas and controlled airspace

Rules for drone operators
You must not drop objects that are likely to pose a risk to human life or property
You must not fly over densely populated areas and other crowded places in a manner that poses a risk to life or property
You must not fly in a restricted airspace of an unmanned aerial vehicle without obtaining a flight approval or fly in a controlled airspace or a prohibited airspace. However, the following acts and when given permission from the local aviation authority are excluded
Flight approval is excluded if the maximum take-off weight of an unmanned aerial vehicle, or an unmanned helicopter, or an unmanned multicoper is less than 25kg and flies at an altitude below the minimum flight altitude (150m)
Flight approval is excluded when flying outside controlled airspace and prohibited areas if the weight of an unmanned airship without fuel is not over 12kg and the length is not over 7m
You must not fly in a state where the ground target cannot be visually identified due to fog, etc. You must not fly at night from sunset to sunrise
You must not fly your drone under the influence of alcohol or other substances and in abnormal conditions
You must give way to aircraft, light aircraft, and non-powered ultralight flight devices
You must fly your drone only when the unmanned aerial vehicle can be visually identified
